Mermaid Tail – Teal Green Glass Pendant on adjustable cord
An individually handmade glass bead pendant in the shape of a fin or mermaid tail, it has been made in teal glass with darker teal towards the tips, with textured swirls on both sides. it comes on a green adjustable cord. The cord is approximately 18″ – 28″. There’s no metal on this piece.
measures approx 39mm x 28mm top to bottom, 9mm thick.
I make my lampworked glass beads and marbles one by one using soda lime glass in my Devon studio, they are cooled very slowly in my digitally controlled kiln in a process called annealing for strength and durability. its always best not to have any unscheduled meetings with tiled floors or the like though!
