Terms And Conditions

All my items are handmade by me, one by one, in my Devon Studio.

I carefully check each item before it is listed for sale. All my glass is annealed in a digitally controlled kiln, and all bead holes cleaned of bead release.

Custom orders:

If you would like me to make you something, please do ask! I’ll be happy to help!
I will send photographs of the item before you purchase, however if its a particularly complex or higher priced item, or something customised with any name of any sort, I may need to take a deposit.

I can make any final adjustments prior to final billing and sending.

I try to make custom orders within two weeks and get them sent out however if your item is especially complicated, or requires me to source/order materials, I’m sure you’ll understand it might take a little longer!

if an item requires hallmarking, there will be a delay as it will have to be sent to the assay office in London, assayed, and then returned to me
Hallmarking items over 7.78g of sterling silver is a legal requirement in the UK, and I am proud to have my items hallmarked where it is neccessary!

Returns and exchanges:

If you are not happy with your item for any reason, do not hesitate to contact me and I will try to sort out any problems. It can be returned for a refund as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase. Return postage to be paid by the customer

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Exceptions:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
– personalised orders, or items which are significantly custom, that I would be unable to re-sell.
– Digital downloads
– Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Refunds will only be issued once I have received the goods back in saleable condition (unless reason for return was faulty) Refunds will not include any postage costs.
Faulty goods: If an item is found to be faulty, I will try my best to fix it or make a replacement, but as each item is handmade they may vary slightly. Please contact me if there is ever a problem with something I have made.

Payments are accepted via Paypal or Square.

Shipping:

I am based in the UK. so all my items ship from the UK, this means that items shipped overseas will take a little longer. please be aware of this when you purchase, I wouldn’t like for you to be dissapointed!

if you have any other queries or requests about shipping, please contact me prior to purchase.

I use Royal Mail for shipping.
Tracked Insured Airmail for overseas packets, First class or special Delivery within the UK.

Delivery times are out of my control once I have posted an item. if you have a specific date you need your order for, please let me know as much in advance as possible, I will aim to post in plenty of time for it to arrive.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
