Information relating to purchases is generally kept for 7 years.
Quotes and general enquiries will be removed from my records after 1 year or sooner.
At this time, information sent via FB messenger can be only be archived by Madeline Bunyan Lampwork & Jewellery but can be deleted by the sender. Therefore, if you would like this information deleted you can do this at any time directly.

Sharing Information:

Madeline Bunyan Lampwork & Jewellery uses third party platforms including Facebook, Etsy and PayPal which have their own privacy practices that I do not own or control. You can access each of these services Privacy documents through their own websites.
