These beads are custom made for you using a tiny bit of cremation ash from your loved one, each pendant is truly unique, and each person’s or pet’s ashes can react slightly differently inside the glass. Please look at the photos to see the amount of variation.
Each bead measures approx 16-18mm x 11mm, hole size uncored: 5 – 5.2mm Hole size silver Cored:4.8mm
This fits on most brands of charm bead bracelets Tr0ll, P@ndora etc.
They work equally well on a necklace chain.
My cored charm beads are fully lined with a piece of sterling silver tube, flared around the bead hole itself. there is no glue and it cannot fall out. I painstakingly cut, smooth and flare each tube into place before putting it through several stages of hand polishing and rigorous quality control.
Your finished bead will be sent to you with any remaining ashes via RM Special Delivery (included)
Lead times: currently up to 4 weeks from receipt of the ashes.
Typically I need less than 1/2 a teaspoon of ashes.
You can send me a small amount of ashes by post, or you may deliver them to me either in Bovey Tracey or Dawlish, Devon
Once you make your purchase I’ll contact you with details on how to send the ashes, and I can provide shipping materials if needed.
Currently these are only available for UK delivery.
Colours may vary slightly due to each being handmade, and to being displayed on different monitors etc. I make my glass beads and marbles one by one using soda lime glass in my Devon studio, they are cooled very slowly in my digitally controlled kiln in a process called annealing for strength and durability.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions!
