Kingfisher – Glass Flying Bird Necklace – Adjustable Long Cord
A long casual wear necklace featuring one of my flying glass kingfisher beads, sculpted in hot glass, they are all individually made to order, so each one is slightly different.
The whole necklace is adjustable from approximately 18″ – 26″ with a sliding knot, bird approx 21 x 24mm, but they vary as each is individually made.
Made with nylon cord, there is no metal on the piece.
Cord colour is light turquoise.
Some photos may show a group, price is for one necklace.
I make my glass beads and marbles one by one using soda lime glass in my Devon studio, they are cooled very slowly in my digitally controlled kiln in a process called annealing for strength and durability, though please note, this product is made from glass, it is not designed for children, and care should be taken whilst handling to avoid dropping it.
